the bible gals mission

is to foster a community of women in the Kingdom of God to discover and sustain their faith in Jesus.

TBG aims to empower women through intimate Bible studies, fostering a deeper connection with the Word of God and the guiding presence of the Holy Spirit. Through love and fellowship, we aim to touch hearts, inspire transformation, and cultivate a community where women flourish spiritually, finding strength, wisdom, and purpose in their journey of faith.

our beliefs

The Bible

Our faith holds that the Bible is God's Word, divinely inspired, flawless, and immutable from Genesis to Revelation, as affirmed in 2 Timothy 3:16. We affirm the doctrine of the Trinity, acknowledging God as three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—yet one in essence, as expressed in 1 John 5:7.

Jesus Christ the Son of God, the Only Way, The Truth and the Life

Our conviction rests in Jesus Christ as the sole Son of God, conceived by a virgin, crucified, deceased, and resurrected on the third day. He ascended to heaven and currently occupies a place of honor at the Father's right hand, as prophesied in Isaiah 7:14 and recounted in Luke 1:30-35.

Salvation

We hold that salvation comes through repentance and the acknowledgment of wrongdoing, bestowed by divine grace rather than earned through deeds, and received by placing trust in Jesus Christ. He serves as the sole intermediary between humanity and God, as stated in Acts 4:12. Concerning the resurrection of the dead and the promise of eternal life, we anticipate the return of Christ for His followers. Those who have passed away in faith will rise first, followed by those still living, and all will face God's judgment. Those whose names are recorded in the book of life will experience everlasting life, while those not listed will confront eternal condemnation, according to 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17 and Revelation 20:11-15.

Sanctification

We affirm the concept of sanctification as a process initiated instantaneously within the spirit but requiring ongoing development within the soul and body of a believer, as highlighted in Hebrews 12:14 and Romans 6:19-22.

Baptism

We believe in the baptism of the Body of Christ, by which the person accepts Jesus, is born again, and goes on to be part of the Body of Christ and His eternal life. We believe in the baptism in waters as a sign of identifying with the death (to sin) and the resurrection of Jesus for eternal life (Romans 6:4). We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues and that, through this baptism, we receive the power to be witnesses of Jesus to the whole world (Acts 1:8, Acts 2:4, Mark 16:17).

Laying of hands

We uphold the practice of laying on of hands as a means of conveying blessings, healing, and the divine power of God from one individual to another, as exemplified in Acts 8:15-20, 1 Timothy 4:14, and 2 Timothy 1:6.

Healing and deliverance

The healing and delivering power of the Kingdom

We believe in the power of the Kingdom to heal the sick, cast out demons, and make miracles, signs and wonders (Matthew 12:28).

Faith

We believe without faith it is impossible to live a life that is pleasing to God, and that through it we inherit His promises (Hebrews 11:6).

Preaching the gospel

We believe in expanding the Kingdom locally, nationally and globally (Matthew 24:14).
